How to Setup an Account

'‘Sign up' to create your new account at Techloq.com.

Enter your personal information and then select ‘go to details’.

Keep in mind that the email address you use will be pivotal for the verification of your account in the future.

Enter the details for your account, and then use the button ‘create my account’.

Important to note: Before selecting a reseller, keep in mind that the reseller you choose will set the permanent billing currency for the account. The currency cannot be changed at a later point - even if the account is moved to a different reseller. If you would like your account to be associated with a specific reseller but do not want to be affected by their currency, set up your account without a reseller (see_ 'no reseller' below) and we can move it over after its creation.

You will be taken to the ‘subscription plans’ tab of your newly created account. Use the button ‘Choose and Buy Subscription’ to choose the subscription which you wish to purchase.

Add your chosen plan to the order and proceed through the checkout process.

If you are adding the Windows Filtering Plan to your account, you will be given the option to choose from several additional extras. Click here to find out how these can benefit you.

Please note: For technical purposes, you will be asked to enter credit card details before activating any subscription to the account. If you are adding a block plan you will not be charged.

You will receive an email immediately following your purchase with clear instructions to assist you with the installation and customization of your filter.
